You shouldn’t use tobacco because it is a very unhealthy habit to get into.
This habit causes harm and many risks to your body. This habit can cause cancer in your lungs, throat and mouth. This habit is very expensive and very addicting. And, if you’re under the age of 18, this habit is illegal.
Cigarettes contain many things that can do harm to your body. They contain nicotine, which primarily affects the brain and the central nervous system. Tobacco smoke contains more than 4,000 different chemical compounds that can be toxic, poisonous and carcinogenic. These chemicals include tar, carbon monoxide, ammonia and formaldehyde.
There are also smokeless tobacco products, such as spit, dipped or chewed tobacco, which can increase heart rate and blood pressure.
Tobacco is a very dangerous habit, but many people are willing to help you. There are multiple agencies in Delaware that can help. Give them a call.
